Production Planner for International Industry in Kalmar

At Jefferson Wells, we are currently seeking a production planner for an exciting assignment with our client in the industry in Kalmar.

About the Assignment

You will support production planning and relieve the team in their daily work. The role is a combination of planning and administration, where you play an important role in keeping processes and order flows running smoothly.

The assignment is suitable for you who like order and structure, are system-savvy, and can quickly adapt to new tasks.

Assignment period: March 1, 2026 - October 31, 2026
Scope: Full-time, 100%
Location: On-site in Kalmar

Responsibilities

Work with order release in the business system
Support daily production planning
Handle administrative tasks related to planning
Collaborate with production and other internal functions
Perform other tasks as needed after basic training

We are looking for someone who

Has very good computer and system skills
Preferably has experience working in business systems (M3 is a plus but not a requirement)
Has experience in planning, administration, or production-related work
Communicates well in Swedish and has basic English skills
Is meticulous, structured, and quick to learn new things

As a person, you are responsible, service-oriented, and enjoy working both independently and collaboratively.

Please note that alcohol and drug testing may occur before the start of the assignment.
